Concord Road Preschool is happy to announce the 2009 Summer Program. This program will be offered for 8 weeks.
|
|
Months:
|
June and July (June 2 through July 23).
|
|
Days:
|
Tuesdays and Thursdays.
|
|
Hours:
|
9:00AM till 2:00PM.
|
|
Ages:
|
3 years through 6 years – This includes children who will be three by September 30,2009, and are potty trained, children who have completed kindergarten and all others between.
|
|
Supplies:
|
Change of clothes, box of tissues, box of crayons.
|
|
Lunch:
|
Children bring their lunch and drink each day.
|
|
Program:
|
Daily Bible story, arts, crafts, stories, songs, finger plays, games, indoor play, riding toys, puppets, motor games, puzzles, pegs, creative building toys, outdoor play on playground, cooking, supervised outdoor summer fun.
|
|
Enrollment:
|
Students must enroll for the entire eight-week program. Students may enroll for one or both days each week.
|
|
Ratio:
|
One teacher for every twelve students.
|
|
Tuition:
|
$30.00 per day (due at the beginning of the summer session) will be charged whether students attend or not, as in the case of illness or travel.
|
|
Staff:
|
Regular and substitute teachers from our staff.
|
|
Registration Fee:
|
$30.00 per child.
|
|
Registration:
|
Complete the regular registration form and return it to the school with the $30.00 registration fee. If you have current forms on file, you will not have to complete any other forms. If not, you must complete these forms. They will be sent to you in May, 2009 and must be completed before your child can enter the summer program.

Carpools:
|
Persons authorized to pick up your child MUST be registered with the school. IF YOU HAVE CURRENT FORMS IN OUR FILES AND WICH TO ADD OR DELETE PERSONS FOR THE SUMMER, YOU MUST SEND A NOTE OR COME BY THE OFFICE AND ADD THE NAMES OF THE ADDITIONAL PERSONS AUTHORIZED TO PICK UP YOUR CHILD. Parent or person(s) designated by parents must come to the school at arrival and pickup time, document the time of arrival and departure and sign the child/children in and out of the school.

We are excited about the summer program and are delighted to offer this service to you. We look forward to having many of our present students with us this summer. Your friends and neighbors are welcome to join our summer program also. Anyone enrolling in the summer program will receive additional information in May, 2009.
